We are excited to once again host our annual WC B2B Event taking place in the Market Theatre at Grandwest, proudly hosted by Sun International.

As with previous years, this promises to be a fun, unique and informative experience for all attendees.

Exhibitor bookings are only open to SAACI suppliers (venues, suppliers, AV, IT, transport, etc).  Buyer registrations are open to all SAACI and non SAACI buyers (PCO, DMC, Event Organiser, Corporate, etc).

Event details:

Date:  27 July 2017

Time:  13:30 - 17:00 (set up from 11:30)

Cost - exhibitor:  R750 plus a lucky draw prize.  

Cost - buyer:  Free

How it works:  Each exhibitor will have 5min to do a presentation to the buyers.  We are expecting between 2 - 4 buyers per table.

To book:  Complete the registration on the provided link.  Once you have registered you will receive an email with the floor plan whereby you can chose your preferred table.

SAACI member buyers are encouraged to bring along a non SAACI member friend to attend (buyer).  These members that do will be entered into an exclusive SAACI member only draw.
