Phase 1: Expand SAACI nationally into each province in South Africa by financial year end 2015. Key focus areas: East London, Garden Route, Bloemfontein/Kimberly, Richards Bay, Peitermaritzburg, Drakensburg, Mbombela, Polokwane, Rustenburg.

Phase 2: Expand SAACI into neighbouring countries of South Africa by financial year end 2017. Key focus areas: Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mozambique.

Phase 3: Expand SAACI into other key countries where viable by financial year end 2019. Key focus areas: Swaziland, Lesotho, Kenya, Tanzania, Angola.

• Establish and maintain SAACI Community.
