Basic Conditions of Agreement

·       The discounted agreement rates are based on SAA operated flights (identified as an SA flight number followed by a 3 digit
         number e.g. SA234).  The percentage discounts vary according the fare level purchased. 

·       These discounts are not applicable on other airlines with the exception of the below flights:

* Within USA - Any onward connecting flight beyond New York and Washington on either a SA flight number
                         or a flight operated by  Jetblue (B6) and United Airlines (UA) will qualify.

* Within Europe - Any onward connecting flight beyond London, Frankfurt or Munich; SA Code Sharing or
                             operated by Lufthansa (LH), Swiss International (LX), Austrian Airlines (OS) and Brussels
                             Airlines (SN)  will attract the discounts.

·       Discounts are not applicable on SA Express, SA Airlink or other SAA Code Share flights e.g.
                           SA Express = (1000 -1999 series)
                           SA Airlink = (8000 – 8999 series)   or any other SAA 4-digit flight numbers (4  digit SAA flight numbers are all                             code-share flights which mean the aircraft is not operated by SAA)

EXEPTIONS:
Code Share flights = the only SAA 4 digit flight numbers are permitted on the following route :
                                                                                                            Johannesburg – Dubai / return (7158 – 7163 series)

·       Free date changes are permitted on these contracted fares if booking is made directly with the Durban City Town Office
        and as long as the same booking class is available.  The changes have to be done through the same SAA office who
        originally issued the ticket.

1.   Bookings done directly via SAA Durban Town Office will attract service fees.
   *  R100 for domestic ticket
   * R250 for regional or international ticket.

(this is a once off fee ticketing fee and not charged every time you make a change)

·       Contracted fare tickets that are cancelled will be fully refundable except for an Administration fee of R250 +vat.
