Members should whitelist all FROM addresses and ask their email service providers to add an SPF record
From the "Manage Advanced DNS Records" screen, select "Add/Edit" under the "Text (TXT Records)" heading
Enter @ in the "Host" field ("@" indicates that this change is for all subdomains)
In the "text" field, enter "v=spf1 mx include:spf.ymem.net ~all" (without quotation marks)
Review your changes for accuracy and select "Save Changes
