Over the past 20 years, the conference and event industry has had many changes.  Thinking back to the era where a white board and overhead projector were the only required equipment, one cannot but smile to think how technologically advanced conferences have become.

Travel with Flair is celebrating its 20th year in the industry as a leading independent Travel Management Company.  For the past 20 years we have grown from a modest travel agent to a TMC which, not only, manages travel and logistics, but also offer a one-stop-shop for Conferences and Events.

Our Conference and Event team comprises of a team of 30 conference coordinators countrywide.   Each coordinator has been handpicked to compliment the energy that one experience when stepping into any of our offices.

Our team deals with Government and Corporate events alike and the size differs from as small as 5 delegates to 10 000 delegates at a time.  Whether it is an Executive Boardroom meeting, a Madiba Day grass planting ceremony or the opening and hand over of a school, Travel with Flair executes every event with theatrical flair and military precision.

Our in-house graphic design team, works closely with each consultant to bring the event to life. 

We have a trusted network of suppliers, with a national footprint who shares our vision of quality event management.

We at Travel with Flair believe that technology is further going to shape our offering to our valuable clients and will put us on a level where it will be very difficult to compete with us.
