By now we are sure you have heard of the SAACI Academy we launched at the end of last year.

We created a platform and learning hub where members have the opportunity to further up-skill themselves and ultimately professionalise our industry. The platform is now available free of charge for a trial period that will run until 30 June 2016.

We have decided to extend the free trial to other business events associations AAXO, EXSA, SACIA and SITE members.

The good news is that the Academy is not only available to named representatives of SAACI and our sister associations but all employees in your company.

If you want continued access to the Academy once the trial period is over, a additional 10% fee of your annual SAACI membership fee will apply with the renewal of memberships 1 July 2016, other business events associations will pay an additional 5% of the SAACI members fee.

To activate your SAACI Academy free trail TRIAL please follow the 3 easy steps below:

1. Complete the Online Registration Form

Go to www.saaci-academy.org. 

Click on any of the ‘Free Trial’ buttons. You will be redirected to a short online form, please complete this.

2. Watch your inbox

Once you’ve submitted your online form, you’ll receive an email asking you to click on a link to active your e-mail address, please click on it.

A SAACI Academy representative will contact you just in case you want to register multiple employees in your company, all in one go. You will then be asked to provide specific employee information. Alternatively, each employee can register himself on the website.

3. Login to the Academy

Each individual will receive his/her unique login credentials. Each person will have his/her own profile and passwords can be changed on your profile.

Included in your free trail TRIAL:

• Once you ARE logged into the Academy, you’ll see a list of the courses you have access to.

• You can complete the courses at your own pace and time.

• You don’t have to complete a course all in one go. The system will allow you to log out and in to continue where you left off.

• You can do various courses simultaneously.

• The Open Education and Workplace Skills Training section (online soft skill courses) are all free.

• Once you’ve completed a course, you’ll get a Certificate of Completion. Please print it or save it on your computer.

• The Accredited & Premium Partner courses are paid for separately and available at substantial discounted rates. Registration and payment for these courses are done directly via the training provider on the Academy website.
